Deeds & Dreams is committed to helping out kids and their families who are experiencing challenges brought on by the demands of fighting serious illness and disabilities. Like so many of us, these families are only a few pay cheques away from disaster and the stress felt by children’s health issues often affect the entire home. The loss of income is compounded by the additional out-of-pocket expenses that always arise during the course of the battle. Most suffer silently, unwilling to let others know how difficult their circumstances have become. Deeds & Dreams often is introduced to these families through others who know of their plight and are sensitive to the fact that they have nowhere else to turn.
